CCM along with it’s partner, Jacob Toll purchased this former steel factory site in 2010. It is a mixed use residential and retail development project in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. Upon completion, there will be 83 residential units, 42 parking spaces 20,000 square feet of retail space comprising a total of 110,000 square feet of usable area. The top floor units will include duplexes and gas fireplaces. The building will feature amenities such as a common roof deck, barbecue pit, sun deck, roof deck bocce court and vegetable garden.
