JACOB L. SACKS, PRINCIPAL
Mr. Sacks and co-founder Mr. Wiseman started CCM with their first small multi-family rental building purchase in Brooklyn, NY in 2004. After leveraging that purchase into several more properties, they began full time operations in 2007 and have grown into a firm with over $800 million of real estate in Brooklyn and Queens. From June 2001 to April 2007, Mr. Sacks was a Vice President of U.S. Realty Advisors, LLC, a private real estate investment firm with $3 billion of real estate under management. Mr. Sacks has over five years of experience in real estate financial modeling, credit analysis, transaction execution and asset management. Prior to joining USRA, Mr. Sacks worked as an investment banker, most recently in the Transportation & Logistics Corporate Finance Group of ING Barings. While at ING, Mr. Sacks worked on a variety of transactions including debt and equity issuance, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. Mr. Sacks holds NASD series 7 and 63 licenses. Mr. Sacks earned a B.A. in Economics and a Master of Engineering in Operations Research/Financial Engineering from Cornell University.
JAMES P. WISEMAN, PRINCIPAL
Mr. Wiseman and co-founder Mr. Sacks started CCM with their first small multi-family rental building purchase in Brooklyn, NY in 2004. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Wiseman was Associate Counsel at Strategic Value Partners, LLC a Greenwich, CT-based investment adviser with over $6 billion under management that specializes in special situations and real estate investment, particularly in the U.S., Germany, Japan and India. While at SVP, Mr. Wiseman led the legal and operational roll-out of the private equity/real estate businesses where he worked on over $1 billion of real estate acquisitions globally. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Wiseman was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, a private law firm where he specialized in investment fund formation, administration and capital-raising activities where he advised leading private equity firms including Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Oaktree Capital Management and Harbourvest. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Wiseman was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where he focused on private equity based mergers and acquisition transactions. Mr. Wiseman earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Cornell University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School where he was a John M. Olin Scholar in Law and Economics.
Mr. Rands joined CCM in 2017 and is responsible for the overall management and delivery of all active and planned development projects. Chris has over 15 years of real estate development experience; serving owners, developers, and construction managers in a variety of industry sectors. His skill set includes management of all phases of commercial and high-rise residential developments, from project inception through design, procurement, construction, occupancy, and close-out. Prior to joining CCM, Chris worked for The Related Companies, Ernst & Young, and Turner Construction. While at Related, Chris helped manage over $4 billion of new construction on the Hudson Yards project in Manhattan, New York. At Ernst & Young, Chris was a Manager consulting on numerous large-scale capital projects, including acting as owner’s representative for a new 750,000 sf Class A office tower in Newark, NJ. At Turner, Chris performed roles as Project Manager, Engineer, Superintendent, Estimator, and Purchasing Agent for several multi-million dollar ground up construction projects in San Diego, CA. Chris holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, and a MBA in Real Estate Finance & Investment from DePaul University in Chicago.
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Russell joined CCM in 2017 and is responsible for driving the successful delivery of active development projects. Julian has over 10 years’ experience working with multi-national design and construction firms where he has developed technical and commercial skills across all phases of projects. Prior to joining CCM, Julian was employed as a Project Engineer within the AECOM Urban Design Group before joining McConnell Dowell Constructors to work on large scale construction projects across a variety of industries in Australia. Julian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Mauro joined CCM in 2017 and is responsible for delivering commercial, residential and mixed-use development projects including both ground up and major renovations. Greg has over 6 years of experience with large scale real estate and construction projects. Prior to joining CCM, Greg worked for Clark Construction in their project management and preconstruction departments. Greg was a project engineer on a $350m office and laboratory project where he was responsible for day-to-day management of several trades. In the preconstruction department, Greg budgeted and estimated a variety of projects including office, residential, and mixed use. Greg also worked in Ernst & Young’s Construction Real Estate Advisory practice where he provided owners representatives services for the construction of a 750,000 sf Class A office, retail, and parking structure development project. Greg holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Real Estate from Cornell University.
Head of Property Management
Mr. Kramer joined CCM in 2013 as an analyst. He now manages CCM's residential and commercial portfolio consisting of approximately 250 apartments and over 80,000SF of commercial space in various stages of construction, redevelopment and stabilization throughout Williamsburg and Bushwick. Additionally, he serves as Project Manager for the development of the 45,000SF land parcel at 77-91 Wythe Avenue and for the mixed-use development project at 600 Bushwick Avenue which will feature 64 luxury and affordable apartments. He graduated from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business in the Bronx with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Value Investing.
Christina joined CCM in June 2016 and is responsible for providing reporting and support to CCM’s investors. Prior to joining CCM, Christina was a member of the Investor Relations team at Permal Group, an alternative asset manager with a global institutional and high net worth client base. Christina graduated Cum Laude with honors from St.John’s University with a B.S. in Finance and is originally from El Paso, Texas.
Mr. Lithen joined CCM in 2015 as an analyst. He graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography, concentration in Urban Studies. At Geneseo, he gained experience using Geographic Information Systems and completed original research on urban planning in Brooklyn and Nassau County, New York. During the summer of 2013, he interned at Catholic Health Services of Long Island in their Facility Design & Development Department. There, he assisted in the acquisition of new medical office facilities and management of existing facilities.
Joshua joined CCM in November of 2016 as a Property Analyst tasked with advancing the organizational structure and performance of the portfolio. He has previously served in managerial roles within the retail, property management and athletic/educational fields for entities such as Flatiron Wines & Spirits, Legends Hospitality, KUHO LLC, Beverages & More, Santa Monica/Malibu Unified School District and The University of Connecticut. Starting as a student athletic specialist, Joshua completed his education at UConn with a B.S. in Management, a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Sports Management while ending as an Assistant Director of Athletic Facility Operations & Events. Joshua currently serves as an Upper East Side MN 8 member of the New York City Emergency Management C.E.R.T team.
Ryan joined CCM in June 2017 as a Property Analyst tasked with advancing the organizational structure and performance of the portfolio. Prior to joining CCM, Ryan served as a Market Analyst at Crown Acquisitions, a major owner and developer of retail properties in New York City. Ryan graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Economics.
DAVID F. BERNAL
David joined CCM in 2017 as a Property Management Analyst. During his junior and senior year of college, David worked as an Investment Sales Analyst with Marcus & Millichap where he gained commercial real estate experience in financial analysis and market research. Prior to working in real estate, he interned in the government office of a New York City council member. David graduated from Hunter College - City University of New York with a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning and is originally from Bogota, Colombia.
Adam joined CCM in October 2017 after ten years of working for City Elevator as their Director of Finance. Prior to that he held the role as controller for a real estate law firm in midtown Manhattan for eleven years. He has over twenty five years of experience running the day to day operations and finance departments within various organizations in the real estate industry. Adam received his B.S. in General Business from Western New England University.
Ms. Zhang graduated from NYU Stern School of Business, majored in Accounting. She joined CCM in 2016 as Staff Accountant. In her role, she fully supports the CFO in financial reporting and general financial functions. Prior to joining CCM, Jiaxin was the Financial Analyst of Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc., where she oversaw the accounts payable functions and supported the monthly financial closing, year-end auditing, as well as other financial reporting packages.
Mr. Franco joined CCM in November 2016 and supports the Accounting Department. Prior to joining CCM, Jonathan gained valuable experience overseeing all the office aspects of a small contracting company, where he was the key person overseeing all accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, reporting, insurance, DOB permits, and office management. Prior to that, Mr. Franco in charge of a portfolio of over 40 bank accounts for JDRF, a major nonprofit organization that focuses on Type 1 diabetes research, and worked mainly on bank reconciliations and adjusting entries. Mr. Franco also gained a wide array of accounting experience working as a temp with Robert Half, one of Fortune 500's best companies to work for. There he was assigned to various companies in a variety of industries including BPD Bank, where he was mainly in charge of journal entries and accounts payable as well as assisting with the month end closings. Jonathan holds an A.A.S Accounting degree from QCC, the City University of New York.
Jaime is a senior accountant at CCM where she is responsible for the budget administration of the various real estate projects. Prior to joining CCM, Jaime worked as a Staff Accountant at XpressSpa, where she gained knowledge of the retail industry. Jaime has also worked for the NYC Economic Development Corporation, where she worked closely with the Asset Management Team and oversaw billing for the tenants, worked on month and year end closings, quarterly analysis reporting, and gained knowledge of the real estate industry. Jaime graduated from CUNY Queens College with a major in Accounting and Information Systems and a minor in Business and Liberal Arts ("BALA").

Eugene has been a residential and commercial leasing agent with CCM Property Management LLC since 2009. With CCM, also a landlord and developer, Eugene witnesses real estate brokerage from a landlord's/owner's perspective, allowing him to gain a stronger knowledge and understanding of real estate. Prior to CCM, Eugene worked for traditional brokerage firms and is also experienced as a residential sales agent of condos, coops and townhouses. Prior to real estate, Eugene worked in information technology as a technical support engineer and network technician. From past and present work experience, Eugene has developed excellent customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, technical expertise, keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task which is integrated into all his real estate transactions.
