CCM signed a long-term lease with VITAL Climbing Gym which already has four west coast locations. VITAL has agreed to perform their own work on the building: upgrading the services and reinforcing and expanding the structure, which includes adding an elevator, stairwells and a roof deck. CCM will be contributing capital and overseeing the upgrade and structural work that will expand the space and create some usable rooftop.
